Terms & Conditions

By scheduling or receiving an inspection from Shenandoah Home Inspections LLC, the client agrees to the following terms and conditions.

Scope of Inspection

The inspection is a limited, visual, non-invasive evaluation of the readily accessible systems and components of the property at the time of the inspection. The inspection is performed in accordance with applicable state standards of practice.

The inspection does not include testing or evaluation of concealed, inaccessible, or underground components. Conditions that may be hidden, latent, or that develop after the inspection are not covered.

No Warranty or Guarantee

The inspection and report are not a warranty, guarantee, or insurance policy regarding the condition of the property. The report reflects the inspector’s professional opinion based on visible conditions observed on the day of the inspection.

Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for reviewing the inspection report in its entirety and for seeking further evaluation or repair by qualified professionals when recommended. Failure to follow recommendations may increase risk or expense.

Limitation of Liability

In the event of a claim or dispute arising from the inspection or report, the liability of Shenandoah Home Inspections LLC is limited to the amount of the inspection fee paid by the client.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at or before the time of inspection unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Reports may be withheld until payment is received.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made less than [24] hours prior to the scheduled inspection may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Use of Report

The inspection report is prepared exclusively for the client named in the report and may not be relied upon by any third party without written consent from Shenandoah Home Inspections LLC.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of [Virginia].
